Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery — owning the technical implementation, the client relationship, and the outcome
Design and build solutions across the partner ecosystem (Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai, and others)
Translate client needs into technical specifications
Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, including agentic automations
Document what you build — implementation guides, integration specs, workflow diagrams
Manage issues and escalations with a systems mindset
Support pre-sales conversations when your technical perspective adds value

3–5 years of experience implementing and administering SaaS platforms in client-facing roles
Hands-on experience with CX platforms (Zendesk, Zoom Contact Center, or similar) and workflow automation tools (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar)
Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
Real experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows
Strong client communication skills
Documentation habits that make the next person's job easier
A systems thinker who solves for root causes
High EQ, personal accountability, and a sense of humor
