- Play the role of Claims Domain lead for MMIS healthcare projects.
- Drive the claims module and process, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers and assist in implementation decisions.
- Guide the entire life cycle and troubleshoot problems in the application.
- Conduct demos and track feedback from milestones.
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare experience, especially in the MMIS domain.
- Hands-on experience in claims processing and adjudication processes.
- In-depth understanding of Claims and Claims lifecycle.
- Familiarity with systems like CMdS, GHS, Facets.
- SQL proficiency for validating data in backend tables.
- EDI tools for validating X12 files.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to multitask between internal and external stakeholders.
