Role Overview
Drive direct client acquisition across Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina markets
Build and maintain a high-value referral network with healthcare facilities and social service professionals
Conduct discovery calls with prospective client families
Present services with empathy and clarity
Manage active prospects and follow up consistently
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2C or consultative environments
Experience selling directly to families or individuals
Prior experience building referral networks with healthcare providers is a significant advantage
Deep understanding of the local healthcare and senior care landscape
Strong empathy and communication skills in phone, video, and in-person settings
Ability to manage a multi-stage pipeline simultaneously
Comfortable working under emotionally challenging circumstances
