Support the end-to-end management of original production projects in LATAM
Provide operational support to production companies throughout the full project lifecycle
Track deliverables and milestones, review materials with internal stakeholders
Ensure required information is updated in Seenchronize
Maintain and organize up-to-date project information across shared platforms (Teams, Monday, internal folders, etc.)
Ensure the use of standardized internal tools, systems, and templates by internal production teams and external production companies
Support financial processes, including cost tracking and invoice supervision
Coordinate post-production workflows, including Frame.io access management, review cycles, delivery tracking, and material distribution

Bachelor´s degree
Fluency in English
Experience supporting scripted or unscripted content production in an operational, production, or associate producer role
Solid understanding of production budgets, cost reports, and financial workflows
Experience working with post-production processes and delivery management
Experience working with LATAM productions and regional production companies is a nice to have
Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Teams, Seenchronize or similar production management platforms is a nice to have
Experience supporting awards submissions and presentation materials is a nice to have
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
