You will be responsible for maintaining clear visibility across all assigned projects, ensuring progress is tracked accurately and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end release process, ensuring games are delivered smoothly, compliantly, and to the expected quality bar.

Proven experience as a producer in game development or publishing
Experience working with external studios across multiple projects and platforms
Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, deadline driven environments
Experience handling first party submissions
Genuine passion for playing and understanding video games, especially the genres we specialise in
High proficiency with industry standard production tools, workflows, and documentation
A collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and influence across teams
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
Data literacy and experience supporting informed decision making
Experience across PC and Console, with mobile experience a real bonus
