Provide technical advice and solutions in response to inquiries from customers, channel partners, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.
Perform analytical and diagnostic studies to identify the optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and ensure the achievement of targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across assigned product groups and relevant countries.
Requirements
2+ years of technical experience with electrical and mechanical motors and/or drives
Previous experience in the electrical or mechanical industry
Knowledge of NEMA and IEC standards
Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
Advanced level of English
Availability for occasional domestic travel
Valid visa and passport are desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
