Analyze and interpret assessment data as it relates to individual student achievement and to the overall academic performance of all schools grades K-12
Maintain accurate and confidential data files of student achievement
Support data analysis training for teachers and administrators in the use of data to improve instruction and student learning outcomes
Apply appropriate statistical measurements to data
Review school and state data to develop comparison trends
Design and develop reports as requested for internal and external stakeholder reporting

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science or related field AND Two (2) years of data analyst experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
Ability to pass required background check
Salesforce Experience working with data from various types of student assessments
Experience working with large data sets including data analysis, interpretation, and display; Experience working with SQL, Snowflake
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and written skills; Demonstrated initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to interact positively with teachers, administrators, and support staff; and Possess knowledge of the school improvement process
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday
