About this role
Role Overview
Take full responsibility for your agency's performance across three main axes: commercial management & strategy.
Develop revenue, gross margin and the growth of service activities (T&M, centers of expertise, result-based engagements).
Master and promote Open's full offering to your clients.
Contribute to Key Account Managers' commercial strategies and ensure the execution of account plans.
Support and assist your Business Developers and Account Managers with complex pre-sales.
Manage the end-to-end client relationship: contracts, orders, KPIs, steering committees, and satisfaction.
Monitor the financial health of sold contracts (T&M and commitment-based projects).
Requirements
Master's degree (MBA, Master's in Management, IT engineering, Master 2 in Commercial Management or equivalent).
Minimum 8 years' experience in an IT services company (ESN) including commercial and managerial roles.
Proven experience in team leadership, KPI management, negotiation and selling complex projects.
Behavioral skills: natural leadership, team spirit, and ability to influence.
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.
Strategic vision and a hands-on approach to operational management.
Ability to mobilize, unite and inspire.
