Role Overview
- Lead multiple result-driven projects while ensuring objectives are met
- Manage each project from contract signature
- Oversee commitments made by Sales and maintain client relationships
- Lead and participate in responses and pre-sales activities
- Identify, anticipate and manage project risks

Requirements
- Experience with an IT services company (ESN) and/or a software vendor, on high-commitment projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
- Rigor in project management
- Ability to take a step back and see the big picture
- Diplomacy and ability to defuse conflicts
- Public speaking skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of the real estate sector
