Role Overview
- Gather, analyze and document clients' requirements
- Set up and configure the solution according to their needs
- Manage acceptance testing and ensure a successful go-live
- Support on-site deployments
- Provide functional support and handle change requests
- Prepare presentation materials and deliver training sessions
Requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science (minimum Bac+2 / 2-year post-secondary diploma)
- Initial professional experience as an AMOA (business/functional analyst) or ERP Consultant
- Knowledge of real estate development or the real estate sector is a plus
- Customer-service orientation
- Team player
