About this role
Role Overview
You ensure that new hospitals successfully go live with our platform.
You understand technical requirements, coordinate internal teams, and support customers step by step until go-live.
You are the primary initial point of contact for our customers — especially during the sensitive early project phases of implementation.
Lead the technical onboarding of new hospitals — from initial intake to go-live.
Coordinate all relevant internal teams (Product, Tech, Content, Marketing) to ensure a smooth setup of our software.
Conduct customer trainings, workshops and process analyses, and stay one step ahead of customer requests.
Build and maintain your network around your key accounts.
Requirements
Strong technical understanding — ideally with experience in software onboarding, SaaS, APIs, integrations, or data structures.
Some experience in project management, e.g., in implementation projects or complex customer processes.
Ability to explain technical content clearly — both to IT departments and medical specialists.
Customer orientation, empathy and a passion for successfully implementing digital solutions in healthcare.
Structured working style, high level of independence, and an ownership mindset.
Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and good English skills for internal communication.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare, hospital processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis or process documentation.
