Performance monitoring: Monitor KPIs for digital channels, ensuring data integrity and visibility of results;
Analytical support to the business team: Structure studies, analyses and reports that enable the business area to make real-time decisions and achieve the best outcomes. Own the official reports, present the numbers and tell the story behind the data. Guide and direct the business team based on data and analyses. Develop action plans and projects together with the business team in light of the data;
Project governance: Lead rituals and strategic agendas, ensuring action plans and projects are executed by stakeholders;
Funnel and digital behavior analysis (Web & Product Analytics): Lead exploratory analyses of intra-funnel behavior and business hypotheses, mastering digital analytics to decode the technical and behavioral user journey (web/app). Focus on increasing conversion through intra-funnel analysis;

Advanced SQL: Ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data independently (BigQuery, Databricks)

GenAI optimization: Use large language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude) to automate analyses, summarize large volumes of operational data and accelerate the creation of analysis scripts
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets
Expertise in Digital Analytics (Web & Product Data): Solid conceptual and practical knowledge of user behavior analysis (journey, retention, conversion and cohorts).
