Sales Representative, Sales Manager – Spare Parts

Role Overview

• Focus on the sale of spare parts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and order spare parts from external suppliers.
• Provide technical advice on customer orders as part of service support.
• Receive and store spare parts and arrange shipping as part of delivery rounds.
• Record inventory levels in the IT system.
• Independently perform picking and loading of spare parts/orders.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training.
• Ideally experience in spare parts sales or in technical customer service.
• Business-minded and customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation with a high commitment to service.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Confident user of MS Office programs and good command of English.
