About this role
Role Overview
You implement sales strategies for our endoprosthetic products — with a focus on shoulder reconstruction to strengthen and expand our market position
You routinely attend endoprosthetic procedures on-site and support the OR team with the practical application of our products
You independently plan and conduct trainings and educational sessions for clinical staff
You identify potential customers and take an active role in acquiring new clients
You actively and efficiently manage external inventory in hospitals to optimize availability and cost
You leverage your product and customer knowledge to build and maintain collaborative relationships with hospitals and decision-makers
You analyze customer needs and develop optimal solutions together with customers and internal stakeholders
You monitor the market environment and provide well-founded recommendations for appropriate measures and activities
You work closely within the team, share your knowledge and strengthen our learning culture through proactive collaboration
You represent us at trade fairs, conferences and local symposia
You document customer activities carefully and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
Medical or pharmaceutical background and OR experience, preferably in orthopedics
Completed certification/qualification as a Medical Device Consultant/Representative in Orthopedics and/or Trauma Surgery
Ideally an existing customer network
Fluent German and good English skills
Good IT and MS Office skills and commercial/business understanding
Innovative, creative and proactive approach with a willingness to learn
Analytical thinking and strategic business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Empathy and team spirit
Strong technical skills and technical understanding
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
