Take full ownership of all commercial finance functions—overseeing end-to-end activities including robust forecasting, in-depth analysis, strategic business partnering, and high-impact planning to drive the financial success of the organization.
Demonstrate proven experience in developing and leveraging modern tools for reporting, analysis, scenario modeling and forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve organizational objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Champion best-in-class compliance, risk management, and internal controls consistent with Fortune 100 standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage large-scale, complex projects across multiple business units and geographies, demonstrating agility and strategic vision.
Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial finance and related disciplines.
At least 5 years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams successfully.
Demonstrated history of achievement in high-impact financial roles within fast-paced organizations.
Expertise in modern financial tools and technology, with a strong background in reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results across complex business environments.
Experience with global operations and international finance, preferred.
Familiarity with SOX compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards typical of Fortune 100 manufacturing companies.
Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

The base salary range for this position is $235,000.00
