You’ll manage complex, high-volume calendars for senior leaders—balancing competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time is used effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
You’ll support key business initiatives and projects by coordinating deliverables, tracking actions, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners while communicating proactively and resolving issues as they arise.
You’ll plan and execute meetings and events—from logistics and travel coordination to agendas, materials, and follow-ups—ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
You’ll capture, summarize, and distribute meeting notes, and help prepare materials and insights that support leadership decision-making.
You’ll maintain key resources like SharePoint sites, org charts, phone lists, and floor plans, ensuring information is current and accessible.
You’ll track the performance of vendor-supported tools, gather feedback, and contribute to recommendations that improve processes and outcomes.
You’ll act as a liaison for business continuity efforts, helping ensure readiness and alignment within the division.
You’ll manage office supplies, track expenses, and reconcile cost activities to keep operations running smoothly.
As you build expertise, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in logistics, coordination, and broader business operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
Minimum two years of experience in related business operations support role in a medium to large organization required.
Experience and competency using the Microsoft Office suite required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
