People and Recruiting Coordinator

Role Overview

• Maintain a timely and organized recruiting experience by supporting hiring teams with interview logistics
• Ensure new hires complete required information in workflow systems
• Collaborate with IT, hiring teams, and internal partners to support hardware readiness
• Assist with employee data entry, audits, reporting updates, tracker maintenance
• Support learning and development logistics, agency trainings, workshops, and calendar coordination
• Help create and maintain process documentation, checklists, templates, and self-service resources
• Support internal employee experience and culture engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience working within Microsoft programs
• Detailed Oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong Communicator
• Interest in getting into HR/Talent Acquisition
• Positive attitude and curiosity (you love asking questions)
• Ability to work with associates and candidates of all levels
