Role Overview
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, scheduling updates, and hiring process information
- Maintain accurate applicant records within applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
- Assist with job posting administration across approved recruitment platforms
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support recruiting teams with interview scheduling, calendar management, and hiring coordination
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring activity summaries
- Ensure recruiting documentation remains organized and up to date
- Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired employees
- Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support compliance with company recruiting procedures and applicable employment regulations
- Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, recruiting support, human resources, or related experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
