Independently manage the filling of various Dataciders vacancies — from junior to senior roles
Develop creative, target-group-specific recruiting strategies and implement them across the entire recruiting process
Work closely with hiring managers and advise them as equal partners in decision-making for their teams
Respond agilely to changes in the job market and actively shape recruiting activities and strategies
Design and implement employer branding initiatives (e.g., internal events, career fairs)
Create an outstanding candidate experience and maintain oversight of multiple concurrent vacancies
Requirements
Degree in business administration, psychology, humanities, or a similar qualification
Approximately 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and employer branding — ideally covering the entire process from job posting to onboarding
Confident user of the HR system Personio and, ideally, Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Strong communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with diverse stakeholders
Highly structured, independent working style with a clear focus on results
High level of initiative and sense of responsibility, with the ability to proactively drive topics forward
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment characterized by growth, change, and continuous development
