Build pipeline through focused weekly outbound activities, own upsell and cross-sell opportunities by showing clients how Mongoose can solve even more of their challenges.
Build rock-solid relationships through strategic outreach and Mongoose Quarterly Reviews (MQRs).
Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to identify risks and develop creative solutions to challenges or closing opportunities.
Represent Mongoose at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
Proven success carrying a renewal and/or expansion quota in a B2B SaaS environment with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
You’ve demonstrated the ability to build healthy pipelines, convert with strong win rates, and successfully drive renewals while growing accounts through upsells and cross-sells.
You know how to sell without feeling “salesy,” positioning solutions in ways that feel natural, helpful, and downright irresistible.
You’re a natural at connecting with people and building trust, making clients feel understood and supported.
Your exceptional communication skills ensure even complex ideas are easy to understand and act on.
You don’t wait for problems to knock—you see them coming and have solutions ready before anyone else notices.
As a strong, strategic thinker, you’re always looking for ways to improve processes and drive better outcomes.
You use data as a secret weapon—leveraging insights to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and shape your approach.
