Requirements
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, primarily functioning as a strong Individual Contributor focused on partnering with key functions in an early stage organisation.
Deep understanding of local labour laws and compliance in India, with a working knowledge of the employment landscape in various African countries.
Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills, with a progressive approach to performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
