Role Overview

• Build and run Relay, Bifrost's validation and outbound studio
• Manage live validation sprints for portfolio founders
• Systematise and automate processes
• Create documented playbooks for client engagements
• Scale operations by hiring and managing teams
• Develop AI stack and automate workflows
• Achieve repeatable, increasingly automated sales motion

Requirements

• Ability to get a stranger on the phone and turn them into a booked, qualified meeting
• Instinct to build the systems that let one person do the work of a team
• A hungry closer ready to run the show
• A sales lead with a real track record across companies
• Automation builder at heart
• Current knowledge of what works in 2026
• Familiarity with AI and modern outbound tools
• A builder, not just a seller
• An owner's head
• Fluent in Nordic and English, with more languages being a plus
