Apprentice Client Executive

Role Overview

• Provide support to an assigned Account Executive/portfolio in the day to day running of the client portfolio
• Act as the first point of contact for all client/insurer queries/issues as they arise
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new ones
• Ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio
• Independently respond to queries from both clients/insurers in a proactive manner

• Must be enthusiastic and motivated
• A desire for personal and professional development
• Ability to commute to either Swansea or Southampton for the office-based role
