4+ years of working experience as a software, AI or GenAI engineer
Proficiency in Python
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
Healthy curiosity about GenAI
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience leading projects or small technical teams
Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and Dutch
Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems.
