Own the API & Integrations Platform: Define and steward Nliven's external-facing APIs and integration points
contracts, versioning, authentication and authorization, webhooks and event delivery, idempotency, rate limiting, and observability
so partners and third-party systems can build on us safely and reliably.
Drive Architectural Modernization: Actively contribute to the decoupling of our monolithic application, designing and implementing new service-oriented architectures that enable independent deployment and team autonomy.
Elevate Quality and Reliability: Introduce and champion SRE principles, SLOs, and automated quality gates into our development lifecycle to ensure high system reliability
quality is the whole team's responsibility, and you help make that real.
Be a Force Multiplier for the Team: Serve as a senior technical leader and mentor for engineers, setting technical direction through teaching, reviewing, and pairing rather than top-down mandate.
