Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, board materials, financial updates, and other executive communications
Assist in planning and executing earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, investor meetings, and other engagement activities with the investment community
Monitor and analyze market trends, peer company performance, analyst research, shareholder activity, and investor sentiment
Maintain and update IR materials, including investor presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, website content, and recurring investor Q&A materials
Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and other FP&A processes in partnership with finance and business leaders
Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, communications, and business teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of public disclosures and financial materials
Assist in responding to investor and analyst inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
7+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, or related fields
Experience supporting a publicly traded company, corporate finance function, or capital markets-facing role
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, public company reporting, and key business performance drivers
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, and executive-level presentations
Knowledge of capital markets, investor relations practices, SEC filings, regulatory requirements, and disclosure processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
