Direct and support a team of performance analysts in triaging and prioritizing work based on need and urgency.
Adept at data discovery to identify and investigate data anomalies and generate insights
Design and create visualizations that are effective at translating data into effective storytelling for clients
Identify continuous improvement solutions to automate, consolidate, or discontinue processes, with a focus on business value & efficiency
Build robust documentation practices across all analytical products.
Comply fully with all privacy, confidentiality, do not contact, SLF Code of Business Conduct, data security, SLF End User Computing and other requirements related to customer data

3+ years experience leading an analytical team
5+ years experience in a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst role
5+ years experience with AWS, Python or SQL
5+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and VBA
Undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field.
