About this role
Role Overview
- Act as an interface between customers, clinical stakeholders, and development teams
- Translate user needs into clear user stories, requirements, and backlog items
- Support the communication and refinement of product vision
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of product features
- Participate in voice of customer activities, sales interactions, and cadaver labs to validate concepts and refine requirements
- Build and maintain an understanding of neurosurgical and ENT workflows
- Support monitoring of market trends and competitor solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Medical Engineering or a related field
- Initial experience with medical devices preferred
- ~2–5 years of experience in the MedTech industry or a similar environment
- Basic understanding of clinical workflows and user-centered product development
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English
