About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate the company’s administrative routines, ensuring organization, efficiency and compliance with internal processes.
Manage contracts, suppliers and service providers.
Monitor and control administrative expenses.
Ensure proper management of physical and digital documentation.
Coordinate executive schedules, office infrastructure and general administrative requests.
Oversee activities performed by the Financial BPO.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Interface with banks for operational requests, negotiations and monitoring of financing.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and the accounting firm.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of information required for accounting and tax closings.
Coordinate administrative procurement and contracting of services.
Serve as a liaison between the company and the consultancy/provider responsible for HR management.
Perform administrative follow-up of contracts and legal documentation.
Lead and develop the Administrative Analyst.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Previous experience in administrative and financial coordination.
Experience managing suppliers and outsourced partners.
Knowledge of financial and administrative routines and management controls.
English for interaction and document review.
Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
