Role Overview
- ensure customer satisfaction through a friendly welcome and helpful advice
- increase sales in your department
- propose complementary products and services
- support customers with their home improvement projects
- maintain a high-quality self-service area: shelf stocking, aisle cleanliness, product facing, etc.
- contribute to product presentation and merchandising: displays, windows, etc.
- energize the merchandising area (sales campaigns, promotions, etc.)
Requirements
- interest in retail and working as part of a team
- interest in the sector's products (home improvement)
- motivated by targets and challenges
- good interpersonal skills
- ideally, some prior experience in sales
