About this role
Role Overview
Support as a project assistant in organizing and coordinating processes and projects
Organize appointments, meetings and discussions while keeping track of deadlines
Manage filing, handle follow-ups and support day-to-day business operations
Create and maintain reports, statistics and presentations
Support internal projects and ensure smooth workflows
Conduct research on specified platforms and support the pre-qualification process
Coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings
Requirements
Commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Clerk for Office Communication)
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
Independent, structured working style
Confident user of MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills preferred
Class B driving license
