About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical assistance to key customers, including troubleshooting, product recommendations, and application guidance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio and its applications in customer processes.
Conduct on-site visits to support product trials, installations, and performance evaluations.
Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions.
Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Collect and analyze performance data to optimize product usage and identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
Prepare detailed reports on trials, technical findings, and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
Minimum 3 years of experience in the SMT/PCBA assembly industry
Strong hands-on knowledge of solder paste, paste flux, liquid flux, cored wire, adhesives, conformal coatings, and encapsulant resin materials
Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi beneficial
Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
