Lead and oversee complex programs consisting of multiple interrelated software projects.
Coordinate multiple project managers and the involved project teams.
Analyze, prioritize and refine requirements together with customers and internal business units.
Design cross-functional technical and business solution concepts.
Establish appropriate program governance structures and manage formats such as steering committees and management reviews.
Monitor progress, quality and achievement of objectives across all program projects.
Plan, coordinate and support testing, product releases and rollouts at the program level.
Organize and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings and training within the program context.
Requirements
Completed commercial or IT-related training / degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Several years of experience in managing complex software programs across multiple projects.
Confident in defining program objectives, roadmaps and milestones.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confident governance control.
Experience in requirements analysis, testing, releases, rollouts and workshops — ideally in logistics, warehouse or supply chain environments.
German language skills at C1/C2 level and English skills at least at B2 level.
