Role Overview
- Handling customer service tasks for an assigned customer base to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Receiving and processing all types of customer orders
- Proactively coordinating with customers regarding delayed orders
- Responsible for managing consignment stock
- Handling customer complaints and returns
- Performing quality checks and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Preferably some initial professional experience in customer service / internal sales
- Excellent spoken and written Italian, English and German
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Good to very good Excel skills
