About this role
Role Overview
Research and identify high-potential prospects that fit our ideal customer profile.
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through a strategic mix of cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
Qualify inbound leads and vet potential opportunities to ensure a strong fit for the sales team.
Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM, documenting all interactions meticulously.
Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
Master the product value proposition to effectively handle objections and articulate ROI to key stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasiveness.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks.
Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection and overcoming obstacles.
Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools.
Prior experience working within the SaaS or broader Tech industry.
Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot).
A track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas in a fast-paced environment.
