Provide accurate generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers pertaining to HR Policies and processes.
Deliver administrative and transactional support across the Employee Lifecycle.
Manage task completion in workday, resolve queries effectively.
Promote compliance and self-service through Workday and supporting tools.
Work closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Business Unit P & C teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Requirements
CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
Previous, demonstrable experience providing HR administration and transactional support.
Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices would be an advantage.
Experience with cloud based HRIS systems and ticket management systems (ideally Workday and ServiceNow).
Methodical and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
Attention to detail, responsive, with a customer service-minded approach, is a must.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop strong, positive relationships.
Ability to work flexibly, organise and prioritise workloads to meet business requirements.
Proactively identifies customer needs and take responsibility to resolve customer complaints.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Good IT competence (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
