Requirements
10–15 years of total IT experience, with a strong background in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture and AI Development.
At least 3 years of experience for people management in software/solution delivery area
Familiar with Agile adoption in large software development team (10
20 squads)
Familiar with multi modern programming skill such as Java, Golang, NodeJS and also familiar in Frontend and Backend Technology.
Familiar with modern architecture such as Microservice, Event-driven Architecture and Enterprise Architect
Comfortable communicating with Executive Leadership.
