Prepare change documentation, including change directives, contemplated change orders, and site instructions.
Review and respond to Request for Information (RFI’s).
Review submittals including shop drawings, material samples, and product datasheets to ensure alignment with contract documents.
Identify and communicate potential issues and inconsistencies in drawings, specifications, contracts, and site conditions to the Project Manager, offering preliminary solutions.
Maintain current knowledge of building codes, by-laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture.
1-3 years of progressively responsible roles within Architectural firms.
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in our studio.
