Troubleshoot any quality degradation reported by other customers or departments, make adjustment when required
Expand technical knowledge during the whole internship program (basic understanding of mobile services
technologies, protocols

Requirements
Final year student or graduated student from Higher education of Applied studies or Faculty (technical background, computer science or IT-related field is a plus)
Fluent in written and spoken English language
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical approach, high level of responsibility, strong ability to prioritize
Eager to learn new technologies, procedures, or client's use cases
