Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
Manage account budgets, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor and report on account performance metrics and client satisfaction.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, marketing technology, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Lead client discussions around SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), paid media, conversion optimization, analytics, and customer experience improvements.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with specialists across SEO, paid media, analytics, development, creative, and CRM teams to develop integrated growth strategies.
Translate complex technical and marketing concepts into clear business recommendations for stakeholders and executive teams.
Monitor campaign performance, attribution data, and business KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimization recommendations.
Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the technology, digital, or e-commerce sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
Hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, paid social, AEO/SEO and CRO.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel programs with cross-functional delivery teams.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
A solid understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, and the technology landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
