Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, help texts, and product-specific materials
Document and support internal processes
Conduct research and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities
Analyze customer feedback and develop actionable recommendations
Support the design of new features and the optimization of existing functionalities
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program or completed vocational training in business administration, management, economics, computer science, or a related field
Interest in digital products and SaaS solutions
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Independent, structured work style and strong team skills
Initial exposure to the construction industry is a plus but not required
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
