As a Legal Specialist, you will work directly on live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions for leading global investment firms, asset managers, financial institutions, and corporates.
You will review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documents in accordance with client-approved playbooks, ensuring alignment with sponsor-side legal and commercial positions.
Working alongside our global legal team, you will support sophisticated clients on high-value transactions where precision, responsiveness, commercial judgement, and attention to detail are critical.
You will also leverage our proprietary AI-enabled platform to accelerate document review, identify deviations from client positions, and improve delivery efficiency while maintaining full ownership of legal output.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT, depending on the time of year)
Requirements
LLB Degree
Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documentation.
Review and negotiate third-party paper.
Apply client-specific playbooks and negotiation frameworks.
Identify deviations from agreed positions and implement appropriate fallback language.
Support live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting defined turnaround times and quality standards.
Collaborate with colleagues across our global legal team to deliver exceptional client service.
Contribute to process improvement and legal operations initiatives.
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
Experience supporting cross-border transactions.
Experience working with structured legal playbooks and standardised negotiation frameworks.
Experience within an Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP), Big Four legal practice, or legal operations environment.
Exposure legal technology and AI-enabled workflows.
