Develop strategic recommendations for facility recapitalization plans
Evaluate building components and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Assess structural conditions of medical centers, hospitals, and laboratories
Ensure compliance with building codes and provide technical oversight for structural modifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural concentration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
Knowledge of industry codes and standards, IBC, ASCE 7
Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
May require up to 25% travel to various DHA sites to conduct on-site assessments
