Quality Assurance Engineer – Healthcare

Role Overview

• Create and execute test cases and test plans
• Validate healthcare claims and benefits workflows in Javelina
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Coordinate with business and TPA teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Test AD-related access controls and troubleshoot networking issues
• Report, track, and verify defects through resolution

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA Testing experience
• Strong Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Eligibility)
• Hands-on experience with Javelina and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Administration and user access management
• Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Experience in Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
• Strong SQL skills for data validation
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare business processes
