Compile, analyze, and distribute risk analysis reviews for group accounts and ported member populations
Perform quality reviews of audits completed by billing analysts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards
Create, maintain, and enhance reporting to identify and monitor risk trends, barriers, process gaps, and audit outcomes that may contribute to or indicate potential financial exposure
Partners with supervisors and cross-functional teams, including reporting, inventory, and project teams, to understand risk and execute plans to achieve goals
Represent client-facing functions on calls to communicate potential risks or barriers related to account management or client structure
Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to billing analysts based on audit findings and risk observations
Support the client teams in meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
Identify process improvement opportunities and work with peers, supervisors, and matrix partners to execute on these opportunities
Provide oversight and coordination of all sales compensation-related tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Assist with team support activities and operational tasks as needed to ensure coverage and continuity
Requirements
High school diploma or GED, required; associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred
2+ years of experience in revenue management, billing operations, financial operations, or a related field, required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook) including complex data analysis, reporting, and process optimization; working knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, required
Ability to develop and document clear, effective process flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preferred
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and shift priorities as business needs evolve, required
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to provide direction, identify barriers, and escalate issues appropriately, required
Collaborative team player who works effectively with leadership, demonstrates openness to feedback, and actively contributes ideas and solutions, preferred
Ability to support operations between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a typical schedule of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST and demonstrates flexibility to meet business needs, required
