Support the implementation, setup, and configuration of an AI-driven risk management tool within the control environment
Work closely with Risk Management and risk vector owners to review, rewrite, and improve control test procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and audit readiness
Assist risk vector owners in reviewing and enhancing operational procedures linked to controls to improve quality and usability
Support the migration of control and process data from Archer into the new platform, including data preparation, mapping, validation, and clean-up
Help document requirements, identify gaps, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of control management processes
Apply structured prompting and critical thinking to support effective use of AI-enabled tools in control documentation and testing.
Requirements
Bachelor (3rd semester or beyond) or Master student in business administration, information systems, information technology, audit, risk management, or a related field
Strong interest in governance, risk, controls, audit, and operational processes
Good understanding of internal controls, control documentation, or audit-related concepts is highly desirable
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and support control owners in improving procedures and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with governance, risk, or control platforms is a plus
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and understanding of how effective prompting can support documentation and control-related work
Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus
