Gather and analyze system requirements from business stakeholders and work closely with external vendors to validate and finalize requirements
Collaborate across departments to align requirements, consolidate information, and drive system enhancements and project execution
Serve as the project owner, responsible for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time
Manage vendors, including vendor evaluation, contract execution oversight, service quality management, and progress tracking to ensure delivery quality and timelines meet expectations
Support system implementations, including requirements validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go‑live support
Manage the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of systems
Handle system incidents by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to identify root causes and drive issue resolution
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in IT or business analysis roles within the financial services industry
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Self-driven, with the ability to proactively identify issues and propose effective solutions
Solid understanding of onshore fund transfer agency system processes
Hands-on project management experience, with the ability to independently lead system implementation initiatives
Familiarity with .NET, C#, and Python, as well as AI or automation tools; capable of performing system analysis and application development
Proficient in SQL (SQL Server and/or Oracle) with practical database experience
Experience with ETF-related systems is a plus
Experience in system management for offshore fund master agents and omnibus account platforms is a plus
Relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., securities investment trust, securities sales licenses) are preferred
