The professional will participate in implementation projects for the Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365 CRM.
Conduct business scenario discovery and map the client's processes and procedures, taking Dynamics 365 CRM functionality into account when designing the solution.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Ability to articulate the vision of proposed solutions during functional discovery sessions with the client.
Prior experience working as a Functional Consultant on at least one of the mentioned platforms.
Prepare technical and functional documentation and specifications.
Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with the platform's native features (preferred).
Knowledge of Power Platform (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Financial Management, Sales Management, or a related field.
