Manager, Professional Services Delivery

Role Overview

• Responsible for successful delivery of solutions for clients and successful delivery of business results
• Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide management, coaching, and leadership to the team
• Oversee the implementation of model and methodology best practices
• Act as an escalation point for the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years project implementation professional services, healthcare consulting, project management, or a customer-facing role
• NextGen Certification in EHR,EPM or other relevant product certifications within 6 months of hire
• Strong understanding of the professional services landscape
