Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and chat, meeting the appropriate response time for each channel;
Open requests, handle and resolve cases; prepare travel itineraries, quote airline tickets, recommend tours, and provide other travel-related services;
Resolve inquiries live with clients whenever possible;
Contact external suppliers, mediate and contract services on behalf of clients;
Ensure clients are aware of all terms and conditions of our suppliers before executing any transaction;
Occasionally provide support for leadership activities when necessary;
Support requests from clients of other Ten Global offices;
Access the Ten Learning training and development platform during working hours to learn or update knowledge;
Fully explore and understand each client’s request and use your concierge expertise to propose options that effectively and appropriately match the client’s needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field
Intermediate English
Customer service experience in the tourism industry and travel agencies
Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Prior experience in travel agencies, concierge services, hospitality or tourism is a plus
